I have been working for Crown for nearly 2 years.  My role at Crown is a Parts Advisor. My main responsibilities are customer service and stock control

The most important aspect of my job is ensuring customers have an enjoyable experience whilst purchasing parts for their Honda.  I enjoy the fact I can meet so many different people every day.

I'm single with no children. I enjoy watching most sports and motor sports with my favourite being football.

I love watching England play football and try to get to as many games as possible!

I've been part of Crown Honda since 2009.

My role is an Apprentice Parts Advisor and my main responsibilities are pricing and supplying parts for the workshop and retail customers and looking after our Bodyshop Department.

The most important aspect of my job is to get the parts in time for the workshop and bodyshop.

The part of my job that I enjoy most is, I can face different people day by day and see them walking away from me with a satisfied face.

I'm a single guy from Hungary without any children yet. I started working for Honda as a driver in 2007 and have worked my way through to my current position as an Apprentice Parts Advisor.  I enjoy playing pool and Frisbee and I'm a big fan of Manchester United.

What can I say about myself?  Nothing really, I'm an open book for everyone!

I have been at Crown Honda since 2009 and with Honda for almost 5 years.

The most important part of my job is making sure I purchase cars that suit our customer’s needs.

The best part of my job is meeting new and interesting people and the staff that work here.

I am a keen Motor sport fan.  Especially Formula 1 and BTCC.  I try and go to at least one event each year.  I'm about to start lessons for my racing licence

I have been working at Crown for 17 years now.  My position at Crown is Service Manager and my main role is to satisfy our customer’s needs, making sure every customer has an "excellent" experience. Very good, means there's still room for improvement?

The most enjoyable aspect of my job is building a friendly but professional relationship with my customers and staff.

I am 51 years old and have been married for 31 years. I have 2 daughters and a 4 year old grandson.  I like watching nearly any sport. I like to travel to countries with history (Egypt/Greece etc). I also spend far too long tracing my family tree (1400 people) back to 1600AD

I have been at Crown for a year.  I am a team leader and a service advisor, arranging the workshop loading for three Honda technicians, keeping in contact with the customers, liaising with various Honda UK departments and generally ensuring the smooth running of my section of the service department.

My most important skill is multitasking. The whole service scenario would fall apart without being able to have several thoughts and actions on the go at any one time. The most important thing for the business though must be customer satisfaction - you can have the most competent service department in the world but what's the use if nobody wants to go there?  Also, never underestimate the power of a Post-It note.

The best part of my job is providing the solution to a problem which has so-far outfoxed other, lesser, service departments

I live in Aylesbury with my girlfriend and our two gerbils, Penn and Teller. When I am not working, I tend to plough my time into my motorbikes or seeking out decent live music and stage shows.  I am a reasonably competent sound engineer and have put on probably hundreds of live gigs and DJ nights in the past.

I have been married for 5 years to Kannika and your son Leo who is now 2 ½ years old

Something people do not know about me?

I applied for 12 pairs of Olympic tickets, and got every one of them. How lucky was that?

Chi Leung

I've been working with Honda for just over 3 years now.  My role is a senior parts advisor, main responsibilities are advising, pricing and selling parts to members of public and to our workshop team.

The most important aspect of my job is to maintain a good working environment and also making sure our stock level are adequate for business.

What do I enjoy about my job?  Meeting different people on a day to day basis.

I'm single with no kids. I do like to socialise with some friends during my free time.

Although I like socialising, I don't like drinking.

Nilesh Tailor

The most enjoyable part of my job is ensuring that a car is delivered within the correct timescale which benefits both the customer and the business

I am married and have 2 sons – Reiss 11 years and Kyle 10 years old.   I enjoy playing badminton weekly and in the summer I play cricket and golf.

The most important part of my role is making sure Crown is a place that people want to do business at, and the staff want to work at.  Any aspect, large or small.

The thing I most enjoy is that after all these years, you still can’t beat the excitement of a family collecting their new car.

I have recently joined Crown as Sales Executive and am enjoying being welcomed as part of the team.  I am finding that Honda customers are very loyal to the brand and it is a pleasure meeting customers who have enjoyed owning Honda cars from as far away as Australia and America, and hearing about why THEY choose Honda over and over again.

Early days for me but I am finding the staff at Hendon and Bushey very warm and friendly and more to the point, helpful and patient!  I can see for myself how the Crown customers feel when they visit the showroom and it really does make such a difference.

I am married to Sandi and we have with two fine sons and three young grandchildren .  My favourite sport is skiing (and I look forward to taking my grandchildren to the Hemel Hempstead indoor slopes as soon as they can stand on skis!)    I follow Watford FC and like to catch some F1 on TV for the Grand Prix season.  You wouldn't know it but I am a reasonable cook - well, a mean stir fry!  I'm happy to help Sandi with the Christmas cake and Christmas puddings - but only wear an apron for a BBQ!
